Heritage Farms

Heritage Farms is Ontario’s first Black-led farm specializing in traditional West African and Caribbean greens. I was commissioned to design and develop a full-scale digital platform that bridges the gap between traditional heritage farming and modern e-commerce, ensuring the diaspora community can easily access fresh, locally-grown produce.
